THE THEOLOGY OF GENDER

       In the Beginning God (Theology) created the heavens and the earth (philosophy)

                         The Theology of Gender begins with God, the Creator.

God DESIGNED man and woman in Their Image to live in Relationship with each other for life.

The Glory of God – Father – Son – Holy Spirit existing in relationship together

Image Bearers – God creates Man and Woman in Their Image – Same but different

Man = Strength and Hope Woman = Faith and Tenderness – Together One in God’s Image

Man and Woman – Human Beings – Co-equals Genesis 1:27

Male and Female – Genders – different but same Genesis 2:23

For this cause a man shall leave his father and his mother, and shall be joined to his wife and they shall become one flesh. Genesis 2:24

Marriage – One Relationship Forever

Children – Created by man and woman – God’s Design Genesis 1:28

Marriage and the Family are the remnant of God’s original Design.  The world is aggressively attempting to eliminate the remnant and is making alarming progress without any plan to replace it.  How do you produce a good society?  You make good people.  How do you make good people?  In the structure of the original design for marriage and the family. You make good children. You make good children you make a good society. It takes years and total commitment. Sin broke the relationship between man and God.  Sin is destroying relationships between husband and wife. Secularism is the enemy of marriage and family. 

Gender confusion took to the streets in the sixties and seventies.  It is now gender insanity.  It is designed to destroy the design of the family.  If you destroy the family unit the society crumbles.  It is not a conspiracy of ideological views or political parties. It is the onslaught of the opponents of the God of creation and His design.  It has taken all forms of disingenuous intellectual gymnastics attempting to justify sin. Feminism, normalizing of homosexuality, same sex marriage, now transgenderism. It is accelerating as fear of the absolute truth threatens to expose the nonsense for what it is.  

Marriage and family are hard work.  It takes a lifetime and ultimate commitment.  It is two people dedicated to raising good children, good citizens.  I shared the above chart with my students the last four years after a lifetime of learning from those before me that fought the fight and persevered through the years.  Returning to the model of years and years of committed marriage and family formation looks very grim.  Fight the fight for marriage and family.  The enemy grows stronger every day.
